FIRST THINGS FIRST - The boring (but important) preamble
You have come to this webpage because you are hoping to find a way to build some wealth of your own. The good news is it doesn't matter what your situation is, there is something here that you can use to improve it!
People are different. Some of you will already have some money available to invest, and others will be looking for ways to make money so they can pay off some debt. Some will be prepared to learn for themselves how to invest their money wisely, while others are prepared to put money into a get rich quick scheme in the hope that they will end up with more than they started with. We will cover all of these combinations in time, but this page contains the no-cost risk free tips!
Have you heard of Paretos Principle or the 80/20 rule? In 1906, Italian Economist Vilfredo Pareto observed that twenty percent of the people owned eighty percent of the wealth in his country using a mathematical formula. Since then, other people have found the 80/20 ratio applies in many other situations.
Being successful is 80% mindset, and 20% strategy.
In other words, before you can change your situation, you must first DECIDE TO CHANGE, and then TAKE ACTION to change. With the right mindset you can improve your wealth - having a winning strategy isn't enough by itself.
There is a saying I've heard and remembered: "If you always do what you've always done, then you'll always get what you've always got". People are creatures of habit, and they will tend to keep doing things they are used to doing (like a personal 'autopilot'). Do you think wealthy people run on 'autopilot', or do they make conscious decisions?

What's the catch? There isnt any. Of course, you might want to buy the full course (like I did) and attend a seminar, but thats up to you. The website has a discussion forum, so you can read what guests and graduates think of the program. If you dont have a DVD player, you can request a VHS video version, but surely you know someone with a DVD player or a DVD-Rom drive in their computer. Go and watch it at your neighbours house if you have to!
Summary: It's free, there's no obligation, and you can learn how to make money even if you havent got any to start with. There is a reason I've listed this product first! There is no risk, no cost, and no effort required on your part (though you should take notes while watching the DVD). Well what are you waiting for?
2. STRATEGY LINK - AFFILIATE MARKETING
What it costs? Nothing but time and effort
What is it? There are many people and companies on the internet with products to sell, and they are more than happy to pay you a commission if you refer someone to them that buys their product or service.
How do I do it? Register with an affiliate marketing company (like Clickbank), pick some products you want to sell, and give the links to people you know.

You can see my affiliate name 'beejays' in the link above. Once you've signed up, then you can get links to to whatever products you want to market that will contain your own affiliate name in them.
You can include these links at the bottom of your emails, on your website if you have one, or in your forum posts - or any other way you can think of to market those links for free.
If you are looking for ways to market your links to a wider audience, then I'd recommend buying the "GoogleCash" ebook on my home page to get all the tips you need. If you do, I will get a commission on the sale for creating the referral and the interest in the product. This is what you can do as well in your marketing - stimulate interest and a desire to buy!
What's the catch? You may need to wait until refund periods are over before getting your commission, or pay a fee to have a cheque sent to you, etc. Like most things there are rules and conditions, so be sure to read the information FAQ on how often commissions are paid so you dont get disappointed.
Summary: It's free and the potential rewards are based on your effort, and how well you can market the products.
3. STRATEGY LINKS - HOW TO PAY (AND GET PAID) FOR THINGS ONLINE
What it costs? Transaction and/or account keeping fees may be payable on some of the accounts below once you have money in them (check before signing up).
What is this about? In this section I'm going to cover a couple of the more common payment systems I've used on the Internet; PayPal and e-gold. You may need these for some online transactions where your normal credit card isn't accepted.
PayPal? You have probably already heard about PayPal, particularly if you've ever used eBay. You link a credit card to your PayPal account, and then any time you make a purchase PayPal acts as the intermediary for you to keep your transactions secure. I've used it many times for online purchases.
E-gold? This is an electronic currency which is backed by actual gold. You can learn more from about it from the e-gold website. It is not as easy to use as a normal credit card, but there are some programs that will only transact with it, or something similar.
How do I open a PayPal account? Open a new browser window and type in www.paypal.com and follow the prompts once you are on the site to open up an account. DO NOT click any links to take you there directly, as you should get in the habit of typing it in manually. I dont even keep it as a favourite.
How do I open an e-gold account? To open an account with E-Gold, type in: https://www.e-gold.com/newacct/newaccount.asp?cid=1920673 (Note that it is https not http to ensure a secure transaction). You can open an account for free, but you will need to earn some e-gold before you can invest it in any programs.
If you decide later on that you want to BUY some e-gold you can do so if you wish, but I'm not suggesting you do it now.
I buy and sell e-gold using e-forexgold (http://www.e-forexgold.com/aff/4381.htm) as I think their fees are fair, but you may prefer to look around for yourself.
Whats the catch? Keep your accounts and passwords safe, and never, never, NEVER EVER click a link from an email you receive once you have signed up. Be very careful about clicking links from websites as well! It might say www.paypal.com/etc when you hover your mouse over the link, but LOOK CLOSELY at what actually appears in your browser status bar (bottom of the screen in Internet Explorer). Keep in mind what I said about transaction fees for e-gold.
Summary: PayPal is my preferred payment method and personal accounts are generally free (you only have to pay for currency exchanges last time I checked). You can open an e-gold account for free, but dont worry about buying any e-gold until you have decided to invest it in a program that needs it.
